James is changing positions every 30 sweconds or so.

Nat is talking about how she just wants to get HOH that this might be her only chance and that she hasn't had it yet.

THey both say they will push their bodies to the limit. James said if he falls it will be because he gut a deal with her.

James and Nat just said they will go 7 hours and then they will talk it out as to how makes a deal. Nat says sure I can go 7 when James suggests it.

Nat will give james 100% safety. She first askes if he wants safety for him and Chel and James said no. James isn't going to give it to her first. He says he was voted out because he was considered intimidating. He says if that is the case that he might as well win ****.

Josh is mad cause Sheila is in cahoots with Matt, Ryan told him that Sheila is the one that told Matt and Ryan.

Sharon: If James doesn't win this were ****ed
