Chel says that she knew this was gong to happen and that is why she went up to the HOH last night to reconfirm.

Chelsia: How come you people say four? Its not just the four of us. Natalie came up with this plan.
Matt: Natalie came up with the plan? Why would she come and tell me two seconds later.
Chelsia: Nattie said Matt could go up because he's been so mean.
Matt: Notice how nice I've been.
Chelsia: Don't play me for a fool.
Matt: She told me about this plan after we made up. You can be mad at me all you want. I know you went upstairs last night.
Chelsia: Oh hell yeah I did. I knew this was going to happen.
Matt: Why wouldn't you team up with me?
Chelsia: You're not BB. This is not Matty's world.
Matt: WHy wouldn't you try to get on our side.
Chelsia: I'm not on a side, you keep saying four.
Matt: I think you're pretty cool. Now, James and them can campaign it up.
Chelsia: I knew this was going ot happen.
Matt: James? I thought you'd think it'd be josh

Chel says she knew about this yesterday.
Matt is saying that him and Adam has nothing to do with it.
Chel says that Ryan should have take the deal, the whole house gave him two weeks which was very good.
Chel is saying that she doesn't have a team and that she is playing for herself in the game.
Ryan comes out. Matt asks if he was over the top and Ryan says yes.
Matt says that I am sorry, I am going to calm down.
Chel is telling Ryan that he made the mistake and should have taken the two weeks.
Ryan says that is fine, I did what I had to. I was thrown an offer and felt like I was being manipulated.
Chel says that is fine, I was thinking that this was going to happen. I was thinking of not even using it.
Matt says that it would have been good for you either, just based on BB history.
