Shel is telling Adam that they are going to go after them because they still look at them as a pair.

Shel would like Adam to have her back because she has his.

Shel is just trying to help Adam.

Shel says that Chel has been so nasty to her.

Shey says that they are trying to turn her and Adam against one another.  She is telling him that she has always told him the truth.  She says that Ryan is a flip flopper.  She says that they will try to take one of her group of her, him, Matt and Nat out this week.  She says they (J/S/J/C) are coming after us.  She says that she doesn't trust Matt because he has promised everyone.
