Shelia is sharing that she thinks Hudson River Virus is a puzzle the letters are some kind of puzzle, and she is bad at puzzles etc...

Sheila got in trouble for trying to write Hudson River, it's a puzzle and she was trying to figure it out. She says she's bad at it anyway. Her mom is excellent with crossword puzzles. She thinks it is scrambled.
