Shelia is up again.  She lost 5 lbs on slop.  Alex shirtless again.

Amanda had a dream that Matt and Jen were on the front porch of the house and Nat says that is the porch we see when we come into the house and when we leave the house

Shel did you know I lost  5 pounds on slop I will gain it back because I am going to try and eat as much as I can

Allison she is feeling a little high still
Amanda is feeling sleepy

Alex is doing  an abs class and Shel and Alli are joining in

Amanda said she is on some pill for convulsions
