Shel says if you want info from someone you tourture them either mentally or physically and she is worn out from stress. Shel says one of the noms coudl come down and Adam and I could be put up and I prob blew his chances and she is frustrated with the game. They are complaining about their partners not defending them at all.

Shel saying she doesn't want to eat slop anymore and will only have protein shakes tonight. That is why she can't sleep. She wants tylenol PM so she can sleep and then she will be nice person.
Matt and Nat and Alex just came in. Matt is trying to calm Shel down.
Shel says she apologized and straightened things out. Nat says she will later.

He was downstairs listening at the hole in the wall where the camera is between the rooms Mama. I am listening and typing, not really watching so I don't know if he is still there or not.

Sorry I think it was Adam who came into the room and not Alex.
