I just rewatched and it was WHO will be evicted and WHO will be new (or next) HOH.
I also went and watched the end of last week's and the voice over states the name of each couple as to questioning which couple will be evicted and then states "Which couple will be next HOH?"
I do feel 1 will go home and 1 will be new HOH.

Maybe it will be flames from now until after the live show to keep us in suspense?

OK I figured it out...Julie said something about the evicted couple having some sort of special power or something.
So if they are going to have the meltdown alarm, then I think the evicted people can decide how to switch up and repair the partners to shake the house up.

Since Matt/Natalie and Chelsia/James were called in the DR late last night, and I think they already casted their votes but were banned to say anything and all James told Josh was to be ready, I think the live show tonight will be done differently. I think the eviction will take place early in the show and then that is when the twist will be revealed.
