Oh, of course there is no official word of it but there's a clue at the contest rules of a sms contest.
3rd paragraph:
The contest begins on 22 November 2007 at 10:00pm Singapore time and ends on 14 February 2008 at 9:30pm Singapore time. Each entry must be received no later than the deadline of 9:30 PM on 14 February 2008 in order to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing.

From what I saw in the AXN commercial, it's going to end on Feb 21.

PRIZES:
1. Consolation Prizes: A designated representative of AXN will select twelve (12) prize winners and twelve (12) alternate winners from a random drawing to be held at the offices of AXN in Singapore on or about 6:00 PM Singapore time on 21 February 2008. The decisions of AXN’s representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the contest. It is not necessary for participants to be present at the drawing to win. Each of the twelve (12) winners will be entitled to a PHP5,000 Caltex Starcash.
2. Grand Prize: A designated representative of AXN will select one (1) prize winner and one (1) alternate winner from a random drawing to be held at the offices of AXN in Singapore on or about 6:00 PM Singapore time on 21 February 2008. The decisions of AXN’s representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the contest. It is not necessary for participants to be present at the drawing to win. One (1) winner will be entitled to a three (3) days two (2) nights trip to Singapore.

Hmm its the draw date on Feb 21, not the ending date for the SMS contest.
So it's definitely Feb 14 for the final leg.
