looks like tasks are on Monday 23rd, so not so sure about the auspicious Tuesday hmmm (for the elephant task) but I think the Siddhivinayak temple is most likely

patlini, we really don't know for sure, but the odds are that Florence was a 12 hour pitstop but not 36 hours. That allows teams time to get to Florence International Airport and set up flight arrangements departing between 0650 and 0735 through Paris, Frankfurt, MIlan, Amsterdam or Vienna to get to Mumbai between 2310 and 2350.
On the weather charts you provided, the July 23 1130pm brief event was listed as "light drizzle". On July 24 the 530am brief event was also "light drizzle. That doesn't sound like a monsoon to me.
At 1130pm on July 23, I expect that teams would be near the completion of a 12 hour pitstop in the Mumbai metropolitan area, so even if there was a small amount of rain the effect on them would have been negligible. I expect that their next task would be going to the Mumbai International Airport to fly to Japan or Taiwan.
