OK I must have been thinking about something else, like some award thing in Canada and Phil was filming season 10 and BJ & Tyler represented him and accepted the award.

I like your logic. And the "looking for locations" covers Phil nicely if he did happen to be spotted in some exotic location over the next few weeks....
