I put serious work into flights from Split. I gave cursory consideration to ferries from Split to the Italian mainland. However, the issues of the very long drive at night after arrival stumped me, so I totally discounted ferry as the arrival mode for Italy. I still can't believe that World Race Productions actually did it.

While apskip was on holiday I actually looked into ferries but I was trying to make Florence come before Croatia and so I never pursued it as a transport means for this...can I kick myself any harder? It was right there!!! All that hard work on making the flights work.. :cmas4
