Is that a Budda type statue over Azaria's shoulder?  (similar to the Ron & Christina - TK & girlfriend "spoiler chats")

I looked for the Hotel De Ville in Ouaga & couldn't find anything.  (Is it the Sofitel, maybe?)

Big Hotel with a big circular drive.
