Not every time.  Season 9 for example was the 2nd part of a TBC leg where the Gnome was picked up, and Wanda & Desiree were eliminated.

But I wouldn't be surprised if you are right.

Because...

Teams arrive on 7/17. If they do all the tasks on 7/17>>Pitstop>>>depart 7/18......what then?? There is still a whole day before then turn up in Dubrov on 7/19.

We can't get commercial flights to get them in/out of Florence in time to be any use. Charters? maybe.

A stop in Split first....maybe.

But it just seems easier to keep them in Lithuania and send them to where we have a suspicion they may go (TRAKAI).

But if we have Detours and a Roadblock in Vilnius/Rumsiskes, then it would have to be some sort of TBC.

Right?

Or else they just have a 36 hour pitstop AGAIN.
