patlini, I think we got a part answer to this in the Lithuania episode. Teams could only buy at airports or authorized airline ticket offices. In mosat countries they can also buy at travel agents, but there must be some issue with them in Ouagadougou. The Internet was definitely excluded from making reservations and having later ticketing at an airline ticketing office.
