The exact location of this Elimination Station is Vila Nova, which they reached by taking a 75 mile van ride northwest from Faro airport to reach the western coast of Portugal. I would have expected it to be on the classic southern coast of the Algarve, but those wily producers wanted them really out of sight in a small village and not on the southern coast where all the American tourists go.
