okay--couple of ideas:
This is clearly on the way to the Pitstop by the Marina--can someone (Chateau?) pinpoint just where? then we could see exactly which way they are coming from. That radio tower or whatever it is in the back ground might help.
Also: where is this? It looks to me like it could possibly be taken on the deck of one of those Dutch canal boats! Giving us maybe an idea for another task?

They are arriving from the North east. So they are headed south west along the waterfront.
