In the early morning hours of Friday two men were shot and wounded, following a fight in front of the popular Hollywood nightclub Les Deux owned by Big Brothers winner Mike (Boogie) Malin. Police have yet to apprehend the gunman, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 2 a.m. at "Les Deux", 1638 N. Las Palmas Avenue, near Hollywood Boulevard, said Officer Julie Boyer of the Los Angeles Police Department's Hollywood Station.
A fight initially broke out in front of the nightclub, Boyer said. When officers arrived at the scene they discovered two men had been shot in the club's parking lot area, she said. Both victims were taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
One man -- a patron at the club -- was shot in the abdomen and was undergoing surgery.
"He was critically injured but progressing to stable condition," Boyer said.
The other victim -- a security guard for a patron at the club -- was shot in the leg and is in stable condition, The guard may have tried to intervene in the fight, Boyer said.
It is not known if Mike (Boogie) Malin was present at the club at the time of the shooting.

I'll be donating my time (walking the runway) for this event to help the Single Mom's Foundation. This will be featured on Fox News and Entertainment Tonight early next week. There will be numerous broadcast outlets, fashion magazines, and photographers at this event. I'll either be posting pics and video of the event on my page or will direct everyone as to where they can find it on the web/tv/magazines.
