I may be a little partial because of this (that's why I was away for the past couple of weeks):
But this:
Does look a lot like a stretch of the Danshui River biking trail in Taipei. They imported the biking culture from Japan though... Will research on rivers that width and follow up on that 101 lead.
Speaking of which: so obvious nobody bothered? :lol:
