Yibeogo kibaare?  :mornin: Two things to throw out before I scoot off to work:

* BF doesn't seem like a self-drive kind of place; unless the tasks are in Ouaga (or a cab ride away), then bus rides will have to be arranged.
* They could be Tuareg, but they could also be Bella, former slaves who have taken on Tamahaq language, clothes, etc.

Sorry about the weekend work--for once, I'm off! :yess:

Or charter planes maybe as roads can be impassable in the rainy season.

Just 2 weeks after TAR's visit--the TAR curse struck BF with severe flooding displacing over 93,000 people and causing tremendous losses of homes and crops.  The area is still devastated today.

If we are looking for Bosnia, we will find it very close to Dubrovnik. I recall in 30 years ago going back to Dubrovnik from northern Yugoslavia via Zagreb. The train went through Sarajevo at 3am. It was a beautiful place then and for the 1984 Winter Olympics and I regretted that I never saw it close up. Sarajevo is the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina and is only 60 miles form Dubrovnik.

Adding this -- might not be new but it has me curious
