Well Dick may be loud and rude but he is not stupid.  he could convince jen by saying every vote has has a stray vote and even if you vote to keep Dustin they will blame you for the extra vote.  what if they think you are voting with them and try to do teh stray vote and it boots Dustin?   Then it is 4 against 4 and you have better odds winning against me then any of them.
