They were talking about Nick and how Dick stood up and said he should go. He said he was sorry. Dick misunderstands what she said about having Zach be everywhere they are, because Eric is going to try to switch everything around. Dick says it doesn't matter and Dani says.. "NooooooooUH" That's when she got up because she says she disagrees with him.

Dustin and Zach in the round room

Dustin asked Zach if they made a deal with him and Zach says no deal was made and Zach said he did not have any idea who was going to go up until right before it happened. Zach mentioned the blow up in the back yard yesterday but he wasnt really paying attention
Dustin telling Zach that the majority is voting Kail out and he should vote with the house
Zach: I am not sure of that.. as a mater of fact Eric has not talked to me in 40 days so if he does now I am not sure what I will do

Dani is like whatever to Dick and leaves him because she disagrees with him,
this is where Amber is crying..
Dustin is telling Zach that the house is voting to keep Eric and suggesting that he does the same.
Zach says he has t o think things out, has not picked either side, ERic hasn't talked to him in 40 days. Has a moral dilemma with Kail because she stabbed him in the back. Also brings in the factor that she can't compete in HOH and doesn't have a leg to stand on. She can't put me up etc .. has to go against the way he thinks, combat the things in his head. What does keeping Eric do for me? he never got to know me vs someone that got to know me but ****ed me over.

Dustin: Kails going home this week. Wherever you vote, I would vote with the majority to keep Kail out.
Zach: I need to somehow figure out that is the case. If I do fall on the wrong side, then that's major for me. I haven't made up my mind or picked either side. Eric hasn't talked to me since I've been here and its lame if he comes to me because he needs me too. But, then I have someone who stabbed me in the back and she should be voted out. I'd like to know what the majority is.
Dustin: I understand.
zach: I don't have to worry about her putting me up because of the POV. Assumptions can get me into trouble. I have a lot to think about, but I don't know what to do. You're the first person that says that she's going. She came to me for my vote, but its hard for me to believe in her. I have to go against the way I normally think and do what's best for me. Suppose I keep Eric in the game, what does that give me, he hasn't even given me a conversation about life, as opposed to someone who got to know me and then ****ed me over. I need to figure it out. I guarantee it'll be close.
Dustin: D&D if the try to bring you in they'll screw you because they're in it together.
Zach: Yeah, I don't know. I don't know what. I'm in a really weird spot because I don't have friends on either side.
Dustin: Start talking to people.
Zach: WHat do I get out of going along with the majority? Every person that needs something from me comes and talks to me because they need something from me, but no ones comes and justs talks to me, Dick doesn't make me feel like the last guy picked for PE. THere's a lot of that going on.
Dustin: IF the votes go 4-3 and Kail stays, you're going up next week. I'm not threatening you.
Zach: I don't know the story, if that's true, then I don't think Nick deserved to go home. If that's true, then that sucks. That goes against certain issues I have.
