It was pretty much the same conversation as earlier, but Eric was probing to see what he could find out from Mike about the alliance. He also told Mike about a conversation he had with an unnamed person a few days ago, nothing of importance but a few hours later he found the person sharing the conversation with someone else. He said it wasn't anything that he cared about but he didn't appreciate the fact that someone repeated what he had told them. (I don't know who this was.)

Eric believe it or not but I know I have an outlandish personality and I make these one liners quick things and I know people find it amusing and I just wanted to make sure I was in no way an irritant to you

Mike no not in anyway and I would tell you

Eric I appreciate that......it is harmless talk but I dont want to make people uncomfortable.....I dont know how you are viewing my "personality" and I am a pretty down to earth and I am true to myself.....

Mike you seem like a genuine person with a great sense of humor and I think all people here have to a whacky side

Eric I want to share my perspective as well and I Hope you know this already just because one person does something does not mean that everyone agrees with it and I did not agree how things went and how things came to light and I just want to make it that .....I know you deduce people in mind right now.....the person is acting on their own and not with everyones concesus and I do not agree with that person acting in that manner and there are alot of us that did not agree with it

Eric nobody else was in on the decision making and people were displeased in the manner of how people were put on the spot and I had a slight concern that on your end you all saw it as the 9 of us doing it and planning it

Mike I know myself included there were uncomfortable situations that should have been difused sooner and some rash thoughts thrown out....it is a repetitive occurance and it stems from that certain person or people because that is how that person is and it is hard for them to reign it in.....their true colors will shown..and in no way shape or form did I think it was a group effort

Eric as it unfolded and the replacement and there were all these rumbling and I thought to myself why does it need to be that way why can't we do as you are saying and as for the most part be who we are and do what we are going to do and it does not need to be WW 3

Eric I think people are playing short sided and for the day and I would like to play for the big picture....I dont like these groups we are coming after you and your group coming after us......and not that I dont plan on building relationships and working with a few, but I am glad that you did not see it as a 9 people group coming after you all and I did not wnat it looked up on otherwise
