At about :46, you see someone who definitely looks like Taylor sitting with the rest of the kids in the saloon... And not at a spot behind the counter. I think it's safe to say that the Council is changed at the 50/50 mark.
Hey... Look what I found:
At about seven seconds, a blonde haired girl tells the kids to "knock it off". Taylor's sitting next to her, and Anjay's telling everyone to stop and that he has their attention. This is definitely after the Council change.
EDIT: I quickly found out how you add the videos to the post without having to open a new page. Go me. :tup:

If you look at the "meet Anjay" video you posted earlier in the thread, GP, you have some of the yellow District people in the kitchen. Can we set the fact that yellow's getting that nearly every time the Showdown occurs?
EDIT: Is it safe to assume that once Taylor loses her Council duties, she'll more likely be helping out rather than sitting on her butt all day? ???
