I spent a good hour trying to find Jameka's myspace, maybe the girl doesn't even have a computer at home.

She just doesn't seem like a computer junkie anyways, like some of us.  :lol:

I think she spends her free time doing other things.

Note: please remember that when you hotlink an image that its considered stealing. Remember when CBS BB forums were stealing our pictures? They nearly shut us down because when you steal images you also steal the other sites bandwidth and yes they can trace their images back here to the forum if they choose to.

okay--if you are like me and relatively new to all this--you may be scratching your head about now and going--hotlinking?? What the heck is that?

When you use someone elses link--the picture is on their site and we are actually seeing it from there. And the picture is theirs. So if it is from say another forum who is paying for that site--then everytime someone looks at that picture from here--that forum is still paying for our looking and so we are "stealing" from them. Same with myspace and someone else's photobucket.

So what do you need to do differently?

First be sure the picture is not a private or copyrighted image. It needs to be a public image that is okay to share.

Then you can can save the picture to your computer, then "host" it somewhere else, then post it here.

You can also post a picture using attachments instead.

All of this information can be found in the support thread on the home page. All you who are new to the forum would be well advised to spend some time browsing there--there is loads of useful information.

So just remember--we all love the pictures and are delighted to see them here. But it is your responsibility to be sure that the picture is okay to share, and then to share it legally. But keep them coming--just post responsibly.
