another dumb question from me... why didn't Dick get the HOH room and all that goes with it this time? Is that normal?

They close it off when there are three people left because 1. they don't need it anymore because they are now in the process of competing for the next one and 2. because now there are only two people left they already have their own bedroom.

Doesn't seem quite fair... they would have 2 bathrooms and a letter and a basket of goodies... oh well

That is just the way that BB has done it and will continue to do it I guess. But if you notice they have also closed off the Little Bedroom and wouldn't let Dani go in there to sleep when she tried to on Thursday. They close off parts of the house because they don't need it anymore with only the two of them there.
