It is definately going faster as you can tell by how frequently they hop up and down.

Dick gave Dani a pep talk telling her the amount of comps she won was awesome...

dick keeps changing hands in between jumping and stretching..

The rain has started again and the wheel is definately going faster.. I think every time the rain comes the wheel gets faster
