could this have anything to do with the firewall or cookies? When I downloaded I clicked the dsl connection but it acts like it's not online

When you click File on the IE menu, does Work Offline have a check next to it?

Could also be that real is having server problems. I am going to go over there and check it out!

I just went back the link and tried to sign in and got connection to server could not be established. You may be experiencing network problems.  :(
