He says they are on again off again but has admitted to both Jen and Amber he doesn't want HOH for this reason (pics of her). Her name is Cheryl.

Cheryl is pretty sure of herself when she says that is 100% strategy.. I am not sure how much she knows Eric but I am guessing pretty good since they were in a relationship and she may know he is playing Jessica.. I sure hope he is not because I see Jessica's feelings as real.. But Eric talks so much and has played so many people you don't know what to take from him..
I am guessing the only way we are going to find out is if he really does try to get her to the F2 or not.. I don't see it happening as Eric knows he would never win against her.

But why did he confess everything except for the AP status to her early this morning? The mystery votes, the mustard prank, he told her...
Did Cheryl say that they are still together?

No Cheryl didn't say they were together and I think the reason Eric told Jessica everything is to get her back on his side... another one of his strategic moves.. and Cheryl is announced as Erics "former" girlfriend
