It's kind of a bummer that they don't have a family member waiting. Then again, it makes me wonder if all HG's aren't allowed to go back home itll the show is over. I dunno why CBS would do that, but...who knows. :P

They stopped having friends and family members meeting them in Season 3 when they sequestered the first four evictees for their possible return.  Also, the introduction of the POV and live evictions limited the time they had to fly the friends/family to LA.
