Japan, Tokyo probably. I can't read the kanji, but the katakana on the left reads bu-ra-n-do ="brand." No help there; maybe someone might recognize the building or area.

Compare Yves' shot below with this photo of the Elisabeth bridge in Budapest; note the pointy building in the background. It shouldn't take long to figure where the pitstop/greeter was.

I said Japan but my BF said Korea  :lol:
