Dustin is a smart player... he knows it is a numbers game and he knows Kail can not win HOH. By him telling her he is her 4th vote to stay, she owes him. Dustin is looking out for himself long term. Plus he know that Kail and Jen are working with D & D just to get by this week and that they both want Dick out. So in his mind he is still good in the house for atlease a few weeks.

Dustin lays beside Jess and says "we have to talk" and she said "I know". Dustin asks if she has talked to Jameka or Amber and she said a little last night ???

I think Dustin just told her that the things that Jen said are true (the 21 year old Kansas girl thing). ??? I thought Dustin did not believe Jen. Talking about pairs of two (basically what Dick said last night about him and Daniele and then Jen/Kail).
