If she did a voluntary exit, im almost postive she would have left already. And thats what the DR is for. Phyciatrists aren't they? Once she talked it out everything probably will blow over.
Dustin wouldn't put someone up in Kails place. Im sure that they would just say "Kail is evicted". Right?

Nuala, she went to the DR to ask for a DOR (we believe) and had TBTFH ever since. Puddin made a video of it, it is in the live feeds.
