Amber has been sitting in a chair looking away from Daniele and Zach, now she's on the floor apparently going to sleep. Dani and Zach are periodically making small comments, and laughing.

Talking about how now people need to play for jury votes. You need 4 votes. Jess says something about how the first two in the jury house hate her

Zach says he is a game player, he won't hold anything personal against anyone, how they played the game is how they get his vote

Amber in the shower --now Zach helping Jess make her bed and he says "no hard feelings".

Jess -- sorry I had to nominate you and sorry about the way things are working out.

Zach-- part of the game, I feel no remorse at all.

Jess--how are you feeling about today?

Zach -- now Dick is accusing me of things that I don't have aclue about and Eric said that he was pretty confident about maybe keeping mehere -- I don't know havent spoken either her or Dick really. People can say waht they want but i know whats true to me and thats all tha matters so?

Jess: yeah

Zach -- if i stay i stay if i go i go , I'd like to stay, really enjoyed hangign out with everybody.

Jess -- yeah it was really fun having you here

Zach -- feel like my time is not up yet but thats up to you guys to determine.

Jess: do you have your speech all ready?

Zach-- yeah, its quick

Jess-- quick to the point?

Zach-- yeah. I wil prob clam up though. You had a job to do.

Jess-- it sucks

Zach -- just know that from this point on that it will be hard for you to get other people out of the house. --if Amber stays

Jess: yeah

Zach-- but your one of those people that want the best of the best so if you think that she is the best of the best then you should do it but i'd like to stay -- dont want to go to that nut house with those two--wouldn't mind if one if you were there already.

Zach saying that he still wants to talk to D&D a little bit.

Zach basically ends it with "No hard feelings". He doesn't appreciate being up on the block or going home, she had to make a decision. Hes glad he had a chance at the POV to get himself out of it

Zach saying that he spoke to Eric a little bit but not really Dani and its 3 hours until show time.

Zach is saying that what you see is what you get with him like it or not. Hoping that the foundations that he bulit here are solid -- knows that you need 4 people in the jury that will vote for you.

Jess says that it sucks that the first 2 in the jury don't like her.--something like that

Zach saying that he will base his decision on how they played the game unlike Jen & Dustin that will make it personal -- saying that hes seen all kinds of things here -- hopes he gets to stay -- hope that D&D keep him -- its been a good game.
