Eric Jessica said that unless Carol changed that she is a very independent person and is a win win

Mike I think there is something there going on that has not been brought out....they are from the midwest and there are small towns and people hold grudges

Eric Jessica probably drilled and bashed the girl on her application and interviews

ERic Carol was called specificially because of what Jessica said

Dick was going to go over to Joe and say that he gave him clap when he 1st came down the stairs at the begin of the show, but the producers did not want him to give away the Joe and Dustin rival connection, but they thought it was a funny idea.

Dick and Eric believe that Joe is to over the top and don't believe what he says
