I believe since last season they're allowed a maximum of 7 each (seeing as there were 13 roadblocks).  B:)

Only twelve this year. No RB in Episode 1.

And did Kandice do that unaired RB? I'm not sure... ???

I'm pretty sure she did because you can see that she's wearing a life jacket while reading "make your way to the next pitstop" clue and Dustin isn't wearing one.

Probably correct about not ahving a roadblock in episode one, but they did do something (even if it was just go to a route marker) in that morning before going to the to do the rest of the days tasks.
