No it would just mean the thirty minute penality applies at the Pit Stop and on a DBC leg there is only one Pit Stop at the end of the 2cd episode.
No logical reason why that penalty wouldn't be applied there.
Not that I think this is what will happen, but it certainly could and it really doesn't violate the spirit of the 30 minute penality. After all teh two episodes are just one lon gleg with twice the number of tasks (usually two large equilizers and noprovided rest area with food.
And after many of us not wanting to believe the the Pit Stop in Poland was leg 1 of that night, I am not discounting anything.

It is peach ..and there are plenty of glass elevators in Cental Hong Kong :lol3:. We really need someone thats been there and done that.
