Well, we know this is the second pit stop because we have identified this as a place in Warsaw Poland, and we know C/M are saying "are you kidding me" at the pit stop in Warsaw because you can see the same greater beside Phil, and Charla is wearing different clothes then she was wearing at the Knight roadblock, which takes place somewhere else in Poland.

Comcast Cable just posted the following news bulletin this morning:
CBS TO TELECAST ONLY ONE EPISODE OF THE AMAZING RACE: ALL STARS TONIGHT
New York, New York. CBS Television announced early this morning that due to changes in current events and difficulties in re-editing Episode Eight, The Amazing Race: All Stars will only telecast Episode Seven tonight at 8:00ET/PT. Cold Case and Without A Trace will be seen at their normal times.
