I was reading Sucks, and many of the posters there picked Lisi as the one being exiled. Other picks were Earl, Rocky, and Yau-man. Fever picked Rocky (duh!). I'm not sure who to believe now.
I think I may go with Lisi, because Sucks had photo-evidence that she's going there (Her background photo in the promo showed her in an area similar to exile island) (She is the only one who brought a canteen to the IC).

That could be where they got it from. Looks like two different sites picked Rocky, so he must be the one who goes to exile. Thanks for your help, Puddin!
