Danielle also has different hair then she does in her confessionals and at the road block.

Ok you two maybe that is it? teams arrive in Maputo via airplane but are driven somewhere far maybe Inhanbane? overnite, early morning in Inhambane, RATS then back to Maputo for the detour and pitstop?

That seems to be the most logical course for the episode right now. It would explain the clothing (and hair) changes also.
