Another reason to suspect a school or some other non-profit. A commercial outfit would stick to the money fish: trout, chilean sea bass, etc.

Slowhatch--you read Spanish, right?
maybe you can do something with googling these--I only get Spanish which doesn't help me at all!
--- Quote ---Here are 2 Puerto Montt aquaculture schools...
Austral university of Chile (Puerto Montt, Valdivia) Engineering in Acuicultura, Marine Biology.

Here's a construction picture; the photo caption states that the PM fish farm (Instituto Araucana) didn't become operational until August 2006 (you can go to the Hesy site and search the galleries for other Chile photos). And the Austral University also has a PM "acuicultura" place, but the photo doesn't look like a match.

Interesting
The underside of the flatfish is pale and the top is colored to match the environment; some species, especially the flounders, are able to change their pigmentation.
Slowhatch:
Here's the picture of Austral I linked to earlier; it doesn't look like a match. I haven't found Aurancana yet, but I did run across something at about the same place as Puddin's "this place" GE mark. Chinquihue Foundation
