:-\ This may be the view "looking at Phil" with the clubhouse behind him at the golf course apskip mentioned. Alternatively, the water could be the view looking south with the paths/walks/palms. ;) Just throwing this out there for discussion purposes. ;)

The properties on Phils photo is dated 11/21/2006.

Just got off the phone with a great guy in special events at the Crandon golf course...
While CSI did do some filming there recently, neither WRP or Amazing Race did--and yes he did seem sincere.
He did seem to recall hearing that the film crew stayed at the Ritz though, but couldn't tell me anything else...
