Don't think this scenario will work. The two early flights from Barcelona (BCN) leave at 7:25AM and 7:05AM and arrive in Paris at CDG at 9"05AM and at Orly at 9:00AM. It would be almost impossible to get through customs and ride the RER line to the Eiffel Tower and still be there for the 9:00AM sighting

A couple of observations for what they may be worth:
1. The train that the models are seen getting out of looks like the RER commuter train that runs from both CDG and Orly airports into town. It is the same red color and is double decker. The RER also has a stop at the Eiffel Tower.
2. The shot of two yellow taxicabs looks to be on the Henry Hudson Parkway which runs from New York City up the east side of the Hudson River connecting to routes 9 and 9A which run up to Hyde Park. Note the taxi number on the roof: RG89 is a NYC type cab number. Also note that the editors have conveniently rubbed out the rear license plate (they know we all look for those details).
3. There is a lot of "out of sequence" editing in the promos with cuts back and forth. But you can track the days by Kim's yellow and gray tank tops.
