when someone registers and account they have a IP addy correct?? so you can see if that person registers multiple accounts they would be the same?? if so can you not block that IP addy????

Yes, and we do; at least I block the IP address. But there are sooooooooo many spammers. Everyone and his mother seems to be a spammer nowadays.

yeah, we do get the IP addresses, and block them all, We are up to 10 pages of banned IP, host names, and email domains we block, however, the spammers have all different IP addresses, and it doesn't work, we will keep on them, until they die!! LOL
