Does anybody think this is or could be the building in the background?

I can't convince myself that the other one suggested by mwooden is it.  And I really need to get this down in order to make the best time guess.

This one is a lot closer to Rodina Mat.

-Chateau---see if this site helps you--the tower behind James is the Great Bell Tower at upper Lavra, Caves Monastery( also known as the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra)
And here is a map--it should be near the arsenalna metro stop (lower right)
