The Radisson SAS Hotel
The Radisson SAS Hotel was, like all the other five star hotels in Kuwait, badly damaged during the iraqian invasion in 1990/1991. After the liberation it was completely renewed. Here, you have some views from the roof of the hotel to the Viking Club and to the Al Boom restaurant at the left. The Al Boom restaurant is located in a traditional Kuwaitian sailing dhow, behind the Radisson SAS Hotel, directly at the beach. The restaurant offers steak & seafood from the grill. Behind the Al Boom restaurant you see another ship under construction. It's the Al Bagalah, the largest wooden sailing ship which should ever be built. You can also see the luxurious Radisson SAS Beach Club from the deck. It's not cheap to join, but if you are into high living this is a great place to go to play and relax.
