i think tbc are useless now with the new nel penelty, more likely either david and mary, cho's, or peter and sarah are toast, see'ing that peter and sarah are in that cap, my money is on david and mary or the cho's.

The Cho bros helped David/Mary to finish the FF. After the FF, they returned to the RB around 11:10AM.

Actually I was looking at the not-so-close view of Erwin. From that view you can see some landscaping to establish where around the tower the ladder is positioned. My capture is not working on the AOL promo. The "after" is just because Erwin is shaded in the shot.

Actually the penality David and Mary got would have the same effect in a regular leg as in a TBC. The leg actually ends at the end of The TBC.
I would assume the fast Forward is the same that it takes you to the Pit Stop and they mat that Phil hands out addition clues isn't a Pit Stop.
I don't think they would do it, but it is certainly possible with what Phil said.
