Mary/Dave make bricks fast.
Teams search for the brickmaking place.
Tyler/James finally arrivve.
Mary: Boys! What took you so long?
Dave: This ain't real coal. Ours is hard. Theirs is mud!
Woman: Welcome to Vietnam.
Phil: Erwin/Godwin, you are team #1. You have won a state of the art home entertainment system.
Duke/Lauren "stumble" on the birdcage place and decide to do that Detour. They couldn't find brickmaking.
Dustin/Kandice "had a little brick factory going today!"
Dave conf: Today I been in another world. I started thinking about Dad being in Vietnam. Looking at the people I didn't know how they would react to an American in Vietnam.
Most of the teams are now building bricks.
Tom/Terry think they're done.
Man gives them the clue in 2nd, points the way to the pitstop.
Duke conf: I think this was a great decision.
Phil: Tom/Terry, you're the second team to arrive. However, you did not follow your clue correctly. For safety reasons you are not allowed to travel by motorcycle in Vietnam. A thirty minute penalty.

uke/Lauren almost finished, argue about how to finish the cage.
Tyler/James need "one more." They're done.

Rob/Kimberly pissed that the girls are beating them.
David/Mary finish in 4th. Dustin/Kandice finish in 5th.
The Lockhorns finish in 6th.
Rob: Hey! I just worked my ass off! Hang on!
Peter/Sarah finish 7th.

Mary: Go back and get it!!
Phil: Tyler/James, you're team #2.
Lyn/Karlyn finish bricks.
Mary/Dave resume the trek, slowly because she can't run.
Blondes fall in the mud.

Penalty time for Tom/Terry time remaining is 6 minutes.
Phil: That's gotta suck!
Mary falls.
Lyn/Karlyn try to help, but decide to move on without her.

Phil: Lyn/Karlyn, you're team #6.
Both: WHOA!!!
Phil: Dave/Mary, you're team #7.
Lyn/Karlyn cry for having to leave Mary.

Mary conf: We have great friends. Lyn/Karlyn and Tom/Terry.
Mary shouts encouragement to Tom/Terry.
Terry: I'm going to faint.
Phil: Tom/Terry, you're team #8.
Lauren Duke eliminated :(
