No money to start this leg of the race.
Duke thinks sharing the cab with a local girl who knows the language will give his team a leg up but it could be a costly mistake as the girl wants to be dropped off 30 minutes away from where the cab is and they won't be able to pay the fare since they only have $11. Halfway through, the cab driver gets another cab for the girl and Duke and Lauren catch up with the other teams (with no money) who are waiting for the memorial to open.
First Hanoi Task: Find John McCain's flight suit.
Erwin and Godwin take a moment of silence but still finish the task ahead of some other teams.
Duke and Lauren have no cash for a taxi.
The road block task is to sell flowers and teams get to keep the profits.
Peter & Sarah in 1st. Rob & Kimberly in 2nd. Barbies in 3rd. Tyler and James in 4th. Erwin and Godwin finish a respectable 5th even though they can't sell flowers as easily as the Barbies.
Peter & Sarah got on the wrong bus and get off.
Duke does a great job selling the flowers, says Lauren in the "elimination foreshadowing" voiceover. They're the last team to finish the flower selling task. Duke and Lauren are lucky to catch up with other teams and are on the same bus to Vac, while Peter and Sarah are stuck on the sidewalk, waiting for a bus. Sarah says "We're out of it" as we fade to commercial.

Phil: This is Mongolia, nomadic culture for 800 years, dotted with temples. This was the 2nd pitstop.
Peter/Sarah, 6:54 am, CLUE: Fly to Hanoi, Vietnam.
Phil: Once they arrive, find their way to the Maison Centre, the site of the Hanoi Hilton (prison) for their next clue.
CLUE: You must buy your ticket at the Genghis Khan hotel travel agent.
Sarah conf: I'm walking on a blown out hydraulinc knee ... boo ****in hoo ...

Duke/Lauren, 7:45 am.

Duke conf: I don't think anything will change Lauren's sexuality. If anything will change it will be me, as she is a beautiful person inside and out.
