My 15 cent Opinion--"Splitting the winnings"

I thought that it was against the rules to split the money.
I remember Rob and Amber saying that their winning from Survivor All Star had to be kept in separate bank accounts
maybe BB is different, but i doubt it
I also recall Will saying on a few different occasions that he wasn't allowed to talk about splitting money and he kept getting in trouble from the producers
then he would make sure he said that this is a verbal agreement and is good under Cali laws

The taxes are 30%( I believe) on money that is won,it is for the lottery anyway.Under 10,000 its 20%.
