That was old news too (check reply #8 for The Smoking Gun link).  I thought I remembered reading a story back when it happened that discussed CBS getting involved in her case and having the hearing delayed until the season was over.

Ok. So was it before this season or last season that it happened? As it was posted on the other boards, it sounded like it was this season.

If you read the story, you will see that it was just before Season 6.  I should have put that down in my reply.
